IMPORTANT! We want to strongly emphasize that FashionFest does not accept payments over the phone under any circumstances.

The only authorized and secure payment methods are through the FashionFest exhibitor console and/or by direct invoice. If you have any questions about the authenticity of a call or request for payment, please do not respond and contact your account representative immediately.

FashionFest does not offer attendee email lists or sell attendee contact information due to our strict adherence to data protection and privacy laws. If you are contacted by third-party companies via email, phone, or fax, offering email lists, please be aware that the information they offer should be considered entirely suspect as we do not allow access to the contact information of show attendee registrants in any manner. We encourage you to block the sender, delete the email, and report scams to the U.S. FTC fraud division. When in doubt, reach out! To learn more about reliable lead generation and show attendee targeting opportunities contact your sales consultant.

Daily Show Giveaways

Direct Attendees to your booth with a featured giveaway item in one of the bins located in each of the lobbies at FashionFest! Sponsors can give away items on a select day or choose to give away items both days of the Show. Bins will be restocked by Show Management during Show hours. Drive attendees to your booth in the spirit of competition and a big prize! Attendees must visit all 10 participating sponsors to qualify for that category’s prize. Progression will be tracked via a PRIZE CARD (card stamp) or through the Show App (wristband scan). The BIG Prize will be a Hibbett Sports $2,500 gift card. In addition, five (5) $500 gift cards will be given away. The Mobile App gives your organization the opportunity to be in front of attendees leading up to and during the entire conference. The custom Mobile App includes all program information, real-time updates, and push notifications – which is why a high percentage of attendees download and use it. Platinum VIP Lounge

FashionFest is rolling out the red carpet to Platinum VIP attendees at FashionFest. The Platinum Red Carpet Club (RCC) is an exclusive, invitation-only, VIP room where C-level and Platinum VIP attendees can network, relax and enjoy complimentary experiences. The RCC offers meals and refreshments and a private coat check.
