FashionFest is brought to you by Fashion Fest Inc, a fashion-culture media company.

FashionFest is an expertly-curated festival of the future, bringing together the world’s most influential brands and artists for an immersive and unforgettable weekend of style, sneakers, art, design, food, music, inspiration and more. We invite you to join our community and experience the future of urban and popular fashion culture this March 29-30 in Atlanta, GA.

FashionFest takes place March 29-30, 2025 at the Georgia International Convention Center in Atlanta, GA.

FashionFest is an immersive ever-evolving platform giving attendees an insider’s look into the world of urban and pop culture. Combining elements of a festival and an exhibition, bringing together diverse aspects of the business fashion world.


  

FashionFest offers attendees the opportunity to engage with and learn from some of the most fascinating brands and business minds in urban and popular fashion culture, while enjoying live musical performances, exploring the curated marketplace to shop limited edition goods, and experience cutting-edge technology and sourcing while learning business principles to grow and expand your fashion brands.

This is event best suited for ages 21 and up. All attendees are required to purchase a full price ticket, REGARDLESS OF AGE.  Please note, FashionFest Management recommends all individuals under the age of 18 attend with a parent or legal guardian. All individuals under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times at FashionFest. You must be 21 or older to purchase alcohol beverages offered at FashionFest.

Re-entry is allowed with your show wristband.

Lost & Found is located at the Info Booths-located near each entrance.After the event, please contact the venue.

Yes. Beer, wine and mixed drinks will be sold to those 21 or older with a valid government issued photo ID.

No, most exhibitors will accept credit cards.

For the most part, you’re welcome to take pictures and videos at FashionFest. Note that recording (including live-streaming apps) and flash photography are not permitted in panels, performances/concerts or screenings. Please understand that Guests may or may not pose for photographs with Fans. Guests have a right to their privacy and if they ask not to have their picture taken, please respect their wishes. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove from FashioFest any person who in our sole and absolute discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which we reasonably consider to be disruptive to FashionFest.

Yes. We will have Coat Check/Bag Storage available for rent on site. Coat Check/Bag Storage is available to reserve currently, HERE.

We will have lockers available for rent on site. Lockers measure 11” wide, 13.5” high, 18” deep (LARGE)/ 11” wide and include a universal phone charger. Lockers are available to reserve currently, HERE.

We’re expecting several high-profile special guests at FashionFest but any interaction with fans is solely at their discretion.

FashionFest attracts local, national and international press. In consideration for being admitted to FashionFest, attendees understand and agree that they may be recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) (“Recording”) for exhibition and use in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity.


  

Attendee also hereby: (1) releases FashionFest, it’s affiliates, it’s contractors and the venue from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or course of action of any kind; (2) authorizes and permits FashionFest, it’s affiliates, it’s contractors and its designees which include but are not limited to all parents, affiliates, sponsors, exhibitors and contractors, to use his/her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof; and (3) agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of FashionFest.

TICKETING

You need to purchase a ticket in order to attend FASHIONFEST. All tickets shall be in the form of a wristband, which must be worn at all times while attending FASHIONFEST.

No. Wristbands will not be shipped.

Will Call will be located onsite at Georgia International Convention Center. The exact location will be provided closer to the event date.

ALLOWED/NOT ALLOWED ITEMS

Please be advised that there will be elevated security measures in place for FASHIONFEST.  Please carefully check the list of prohibited items and arrive very early to allow extra time for screening.


  

 All entrances will have metal detectors; please plan accordingly.

For safety reasons, rolling carts, rolling bags, strollers and bags with wheels are not permitted on the show floor during show floor hours, except where such carts or bags are a medical necessity.

HEALTH & SAFETY

All attendees agree to follow venue policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the venue. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, regulations, and the rules of the Event Organizers when attending FASHIONFEST. Policies may change according to local mandates. Additional details about our policies and procedures, and any relevant updates to safety standards by the state of Georgia or CDC, will be posted here: FASHIONFEST.io.

WEAPONS POLICY

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS POLICY MAY RESULT IN YOUR REMOVAL FROM THE CONVENTION CENTER WITHOUT A REFUND.


  

FASHIONFEST HAS A STRICT ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY ABOUT WEAPONS. NO ONE MAY BRING, BUY, OR SELL ANYTHING THAT COULD MAIM, DAMAGE, CAUSE OR THREATEN BODILY HARM.


  

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FORBIDDEN AT FAHSIONFEST:


  
  • Firearms of any kind (including realistic replica firearms e.g., reproduction, fake or toy guns that can be confused for functional firearms)
  • Functional firearms (including air soft guns, BB guns, cap guns, paintball guns and pellet guns)
  • Functional projectile weapons (including blow guns, crossbows, long bows, silly string, slingshots, water balloons and water guns)
  • Sharpened metal-bladed weapons (including axes, daggers, hatches, knives, kunai, shuriken, swords, sword canes and switch blades)
  • Explosives (including firecrackers and fireworks)
  • Chemical weapons (including mace and pepper spray)
  • Blunt weapons (including brass knuckles, clubs and nunchaku)
  • Hard prop weapons (including props made of metal, fiberglass, PVC, wood and glass)
  • Instruments that cause excessive noise levels like vuvuzelas, grenade whistles and grenade horns
  • Whips
  • Aerosol mustard
  • Drones

 

FAHSIONFEST SHOW MANAGEMENT SHALL HAVE SOLE DISCRETION IN ANY MATTER THAT IT BELIEVES MAY AFFECT PUBLIC SAFETY OR BE IMPORTANT TO PROTECT THE INTEGRITY OF THE EVENT.

LET US KNOW. WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDING A SAFE AND RELIABLE MEANS FOR ATTENDEES AND OTHERS TO REPORT CONCERNS THEY MAY HAVE ABOUT CONDUCT AT FASHIONFEST. IN SITUATIONS WHERE YOU DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE REPORTING YOUR CONCERNS DIRECTLY TO SOMEONE, YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO USE THE ETHICS HELPLINE (info@FASHIONFEST.io)

VOLUNTEER

All volunteers must be 21 years old.

Volunteers will be required to commit to volunteering for at least 6 hours on their volunteer day(s).

A full event pass, parking pass, t-shirt and behind-the-scenes experiences.

Complete the Application HERE! Complete the Volunteer Application for consideration.  FashionFest reserves the right to refuse acceptance to any volunteer at their discretion including volunteers who have previously failed to fulfill their volunteer opportunity at a previous event.

We cannot guarantee specific positions or schedules. However, we make every effort to keep it fair and the needs of the event in mind.

No, headphones or portable speakers may not be used at any time during your shift. This includes listening to music through your phone speakers.

  • Failing to report for a shift as well as walking off a shift without signing out.
  • Failing to adhere to FashionFest and Event rules and regulations.
  • Any misconduct that would get a volunteer fired from their position, such as stealing, lying, inappropriate behavior, etc.
  • Arriving for a shift in poor health (ie – dehydrated, intoxicated, ill).
  • Consuming legal or illegal intoxicating substances while on shift (alcohol, marijuana, etc) or appearing or suspected of being intoxicated.
  • Failing to report to shift with closed-toed shoes.
  • Reporting late.
  • Disrespectful or insubordinate behavior to event staff.
  • FashionFest reserves the right to remove a volunteer from the event site and/or retain the volunteer parking fee refund for other reasons not listed above, at the sole discretion of FashionFest.  Just be nice and show a good work ethic to avoid refund issues!

Anyone with a radio can reach Security, Medical, FashionFest crew or volunteer staff. During your shift, you will be provided with the cell number of your onsite Volunteer Coordinator.

Bring water/refillable water container, a snack, etc. Volunteers MUST wear comfortable tennis shoes or boots (or other CLOSED TOE SHOES) to every shift.  Volunteers will not be able to return to their tent/car at any time during their shift. Attempting to check-in unprepared for your shift (IE – wearing flip-flops) will result in you not being reimbursed for your parking. Please refer to the FashionFest FAQs regarding their clear bag policy and what is prohibited and allowed into the event.
