EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIP ITEM FashionFest is rolling out the red carpet to Platinum VIP attendees at FashionFest. The Platinum Red Carpet Club (RCC) is an exclusive, invitation-only, VIP room where C-level and Platinum VIP attendees can network, relax and enjoy complimentary experiences. The RCC offers meals and refreshments and a private coat check. Sponsor logo will be on RCC invitation, Napkins, Cups, digital/print/physical branding touch points, FashionFest branded swag bag with sponsor items included. Sponsor receives lounge access for sponsoring company CEO and opportunity to extend lounge access up to 10 retail CEOs.

Sponsor the VIP LOUNGE and receive continuous signage recognition throughout the conference. This is a great opportunity to meet with the VIP and Platinum VIP FashionFest attendees, connect and network!

Taking a break in the expo. These themed lounges, outfitted with concession stands, seating, and charging hubs, are a perfect spot for attendees to grab a minute to themselves. Open to all attendees. Sponsor will receive recognition on the event website, mobile app, onsite materials, and signage.

EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIP ITEM The Mezzanine Lounge is on the way to one of the hottest spots at FashionFest. The lounge contains tables and seating for those coming and going up to the River Pavilion. There will be a DJ bringing a fun and musical element to the space as well as hourly shoutouts to the sponsor and their booth location. 

EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIP ITEM All volunteers wear a FashionFest Volunteer T-shirt. As Sponsor, your logo will be placed on the back of all show volunteer T-shirts. Highly visible to attendees as the volunteers are active in all areas of the show. This sponsorship will put your logo on the shirt of the friendly and helpful volunteers that make the FashionFest experience great for all attendees.

As an aisle sponsor you will have your company’s logo on the aisle directional floor signs and the aisle hanging signs for both directions of the aisle. This price reflects 1 branded aisle, 11 aisle are available.

Your brand will be prominently incorporated into the onsite experience and design as well as referenced throughout all related materials. Sponsorship also included (1) session on The Main Stage (topic and speakers to be pre-approved by FashionFest). Entertainment, Retail Brand or Business Brand speaker required. Sponsor will receive name or logo recognition on the event website, mobile app, marketing materials, and onsite signage.
