These 8 ft. tall kiosks are customizable depending on the sponsor’s branding initiatives. Highly visible with locations in key registration, expo hall and lounge areas. Charging Stations give the advertiser a unique chance to positively interact with attendees.
Direct Attendees to your booth with a featured giveaway item in one of the bins located in each of the lobbies at FashionFest! Sponsors can give away items on a select day or choose to give away items both days of the Show. Bins will be restocked by Show Management during Show hours. Any giveaway items must be approved by Show Management, provided by the Sponsor and shipped at the expense of the Sponsor.

Branded sponsor decals will be placed on bathroom mirrors and stalls throughout the convention center and will remain throughout the duration of the show, reaching thousands of attendees and exhibitors.
EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIP ITEM All in fun, the attendees will get their shot at the runway! Bold signage will quickly identify the sponsor of the Runway Photo Lounge. Attendees can get a professional modeling photo as a courtesy of your company. This sponsor will have the ability to have a representative present to greet and network with attendees. Logo and Sponsorship acknowledgement on all pre-event marketing.
EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIP ITEM A step-and-repeat backdrop is the easiest way to get attendees excited about your brand inside the photo booth. Simply provide your logo and BOOM — it’s now inseparable from several hundred images generated via The Photo Booth at FashionFest 2024. These are images that are set as Facebook profile photos, posted on Instagram, and e-mailed to family and friends which means infinite visibility for your brand.
Thousands of attendees check their coats and bags each day of the show. Your company logo and booth number will be printed on each ticket to drive traffic to your booth. Sponsor logo will also appear anywhere coat and bag check is mentioned, both pre-show and on-site.
Drive attendees to your booth in the spirit of competition and a big prize! Attendees must visit all 10 participating sponsors to qualify for that category’s prize. Progression will be tracked via a PRIZE CARD (card stamp) or through the Show App (wristband scan). The BIG Prize will be a Hibbett Sports $2,500 gift card. In addition, five (5) $500 gift cards will be given away. FashionFest will promote this give-a-way on social media, the event website, mobile app, onsite materials, and signage. Sponsors will pick up onsite assets in the Exhibitor Show Management Office prior to show opening.
Get ’em to your booth with good grub! Drive attendees to your booth to pick up a food voucher. Each sponsor will receive: 100 vouchers – $20 each, which are valid at the FlavorFest Pavilion restaurants on Saturday and Sunday (no change given). Also note, sponsor logo will be displayed on the large overhead banner in the FlavorFest Pavilion. FashionFest will promote on the event website, mobile app, onsite materials, and signage. Sponsors will pick up onsite assets in the Exhibitor Show Management Office prior to show opening.
